Data Processing Addendum

Scope

This addendum describes how GBS Enterprises, LLC d/b/a ProtectAll processes personal information on behalf of sponsoring organizations whose members participate in the program.

Processing Purposes

Personal information is processed only to operate the membership benefit: providing care advice, coordinating service, fulfilling kit orders, and reporting aggregate participation to the sponsor.

Safeguards & Retention

We maintain administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information we handle. Consent and acceptance records are retained for at least five years and are not deleted as part of routine operations.

ProtectAll Home is a membership benefit program operated by GBS Enterprises, LLC d/b/a ProtectAll. It is not insurance, a warranty, a service contract, a protection plan, a claim program, or a replacement program. Stain removal, repair, reimbursement, or replacement is not guaranteed. Services are provided subject to availability, eligibility, and the program’s Membership Terms & Conditions.
