How We Use Your Information
Your information is used to provide furniture care advice, coordinate in-home service, fulfill cleaning kit orders, and keep you informed about the status of your requests.
Sharing
We share information with service providers who help us operate the program (for example, scheduling and fulfillment partners) only as needed to provide your requested service. Your sponsoring organization may receive aggregate participation information, but not the content of your Ferna conversations.
Your Choices
You may request access to or correction of your information by contacting us through the Contact page. Consent records are retained for at least five years to meet our recordkeeping obligations.
