Nature of Benefit
ProtectAll Home is a membership benefit program operated by GBS Enterprises, LLC d/b/a ProtectAll. It is not insurance, a warranty, a service contract, a protection plan, a claim program, or a replacement program. Stain removal, repair, reimbursement, or replacement is not guaranteed. Services are provided subject to availability, eligibility, and the program’s Membership Terms & Conditions.
ProtectAll Home is provided to eligible members as a benefit of their membership with their sponsoring organization. Eligibility is determined by your sponsor, and access to the program is included as part of your sponsor's membership package. Your relationship for this program is with GBS Enterprises, LLC d/b/a ProtectAll.
What's Included
Your membership includes access to AI-guided furniture care advice from Ferna, the ability to request in-home stain removal, the ability to request repair quotes, and access to the cleaning kit catalog at member pricing.
Member Service Fees
Some capabilities carry additional fees when used. In-home stain removal visits are $150 per visit. Cleaning kits are sold from the member catalog at member pricing, plus shipping. Every fee is shown clearly before you commit; there are no surprise charges.

Stain removal, repair, reimbursement, and replacement are not guaranteed. Services are provided subject to availability, eligibility, and these Membership Terms & Conditions.
Changes to These Terms
GBS Enterprises, LLC d/b/a ProtectAll may update these Membership Terms & Conditions. When the terms change materially, you will be asked to review and accept the updated version before continuing to use the program.
